Privacy Policy

How personal data is collected, used, protected, retained, and handled through this website.

Scope and controller information

This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit this website, contact Trident Software, or submit a project request. Trident Software is the public-facing brand; the responsible legal entity and controller are identified in the controller details shown on this page.

Questions about privacy may be sent to info@tridentsoftware.net.

Data we collect

The contact form may collect the information you choose to provide.

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Optional company name
  • Requested service
  • Country
  • Project description
  • Submission language and timestamps
  • Minimal technical information used for security and abuse prevention

How and why data is used

Data is collected directly from you through the website form or email. It is used to review the request, communicate about possible services, carry out technical analysis, prepare a proposal where appropriate, protect the website, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Depending on the request, processing may rely on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, legitimate interests that do not override your rights, or legal obligations. Where explicit consent is legally required for a separate purpose, it is requested separately.

Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to authorized Trident Software personnel and providers needed to operate the website, persist requests, deliver notifications, secure infrastructure, or provide optional analytics chosen by the visitor. Providers are reviewed and recorded as part of operating the service. We do not sell contact-form data.

International transfers

Hosting, database, security, notification, analytics, or advertising providers may process data outside Türkiye depending on the final configuration. No blanket compliance claim is made. Transfer locations, processor contracts, and applicable safeguards under Turkish law and, where relevant, the GDPR must be reviewed before production use.

Retention

A prospective-client request is initially retained for 24 months from the first request. Each subsequent relevant communication resets the expiry to 24 months after the latest communication. Records that later become contractual, accounting, dispute, or legally required records are separated and retained under the applicable obligation.

At expiry, inactive lead records should be deleted or irreversibly anonymized under an operational retention process. Backups and provider deletion behavior must be included in the final procedure.

Security

We apply proportionate technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, validation, abuse controls, minimized logging, and provider review. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment data, health data, or highly sensitive confidential information through the initial form.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. Requests may be sent to info@tridentsoftware.net. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled. Rights and response procedures must be finalized with legal counsel for the jurisdictions served.

Cookies, updates, and contact

Necessary storage and optional technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Optional categories can be changed through Cookie Settings. This policy may be updated when the company, providers, purposes, or law change. Material changes may require a renewed notice or consent decision.
