What is Trident DPI?
A local Android connection tool designed to help overcome DPI-based network restrictions.
Trident DPI is a local Android application designed to help connections pass DPI-based restrictions by changing how their initial data is transmitted. It does not send traffic through a remote Trident server.
How is it used?
Choose VPN or proxy mode, select a DNS provider and a ready connection profile, then start or stop the local service from one clear screen. VPN mode can also include or exclude selected applications.
Two connection modes
VPN mode
Routes IPv4 TCP and UDP flows through an Android TUN interface and forwards them through sockets protected from the VPN itself. Android 10 or newer is required; IPv6 remains on the underlying network.
Proxy mode
Starts local HTTP CONNECT and SOCKS5 proxies on 127.0.0.1. A compatible client must be configured to use the selected local port manually.

Technical foundation
Clear operating boundary
Trident DPI is not a VPN provider. It does not hide your IP address, provide anonymity or privacy, or encrypt all device traffic. It is a local DPI circumvention and compatibility utility. Download official APK releases only from trident-software.com.
